Unable to buy the fixer upper, I was having a bunch of cash on hand to buy into the dip. Gotta love the dip, don’t you?!!\

In May, I got paid by 8 companies. This August, I got paid by a total of 11 companies. With the acceleration in buying I can only expect the number of shares companies will increase. Yes, the market will go down, but with high quality companies that commit to return capital shareholders, they can and will ride out of the recession.

The dividend increase of 10% over the quarter is reassuring that the dividend snowballing method is really working. It is truely a SWAN (Sleep well at night) method. I’ll use it as a verb, I’ll SWAN my way into retirement. 🙂
